3. Prescription products require an evaluation

Prescription products — including GLP-1 medications (tirzepatide, semaglutide), hormone therapies (enclomiphene, testosterone), longevity & recovery treatments (NAD+, glutathione, vitamin B12, sermorelin), hair-loss treatments (finasteride, minoxidil), and sexual-health treatments (sildenafil, tadalafil, PT-141) — require an evaluation by a licensed provider who determines whether a prescription is appropriate. Not everyone is eligible, and a provider may decline to prescribe.

Some medications may be prescribed for uses other than those the FDA has approved ("off-label") where a licensed provider judges it appropriate. Your provider will tell you when that is the case.

Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance and is prescribed only after appropriate laboratory testing and clinical review; it is not intended to enhance athletic performance.

4. Compounded medications

Some treatments available through providers on the platform are compounded by licensed compounding pharmacies registered under Section 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Your provider will tell you when a treatment is compounded and why.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
